App data stays on your device

CanePath does not collect or send your chair projects, hole observations, strand history, notes or photos to the developer. There is no app account, developer cloud service, advertising, analytics or tracking SDK.

Photos you choose

The app uses Apple's photo picker to access only images you select. It stores a resized copy within the app's local files. It does not request access to your entire photo library or use the camera.

Backups and exports

You can choose to export project backups, printable PDFs or preserved recovery files to Files or another destination. Those files may contain project notes and photos. Storage and sharing are controlled by you and your chosen provider. Device backups, including iCloud backups, follow your Apple device settings. Uninstalling the app can remove its local files.

Purchases

Apple handles payments for CanePath Pro. StoreKit checks Apple-verified purchase entitlements on your device so the app can unlock or restore Pro. The developer does not receive your payment card details or maintain a purchase account or transaction database.

External links and support

Caning instruction links open third-party websites with their own privacy policies. If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information or project photos. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to required legal retention.

This website

This support site has no advertising or analytics scripts and sets no tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and request logs to serve the site and maintain security.
